A Yes, sir (witness examines books).
Q Did you translate the German into English?
A I translated the German into English.
Q Is the translation correct?
A Yes, the translation is correct.
Q What is the title?
A In English, "The Science of Revolutionary War". Manual for the instruction and use and preparation of nitro-glycerine and dynamite, gun cotton, fulminate of mercury, bombs, fuse, poisons, &?, by Johann Most, New York, printed and published by the International News Company, 167 Williams Street.
Mr. BLACK: (Q) Is the translation correct with the corrections with or without them?
A There are no material corrections.
Q That is not the question -- is it correct with those corrections or without them?
A I didn't see the corrections.
Q Will you tell me whether it is correct with those corrections which appear there in pencil, or without them?
A The book is correct as it is here in my hand.
