Mr. GRINNELL: May it please the Court, the State rests.

And thereupon the defendants Oscar Neebe severally and Michael Schwab, A.R.Parsons, Samuel Fielden, Louis Lingg and George Engel moved the Court to exclude as to them all the evidence offered in behalf of the People, and also that the Court instruct the Jury to find the said last named defendants Not Guilty.
