recalled by the people was examined by Mr. Ingham and testified as follows:

Q You have been sworn?

A Yes sir.

Q Did you take some piecs of lead from Capt. Schaack to Prof. Haynes?

A I did, two pieces.

Q Did you deliver to the Prof. the same peices the Capt. gave you?

A Yes sir, the same peices.

Q And all the pieces he gave you?

A Yes, all the pieces he gave me.
